Privacy Policy

We collect your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, address (if you give it), profile photo (if you add one), and your NIN or BVN. We also keep your payment records and messages to our support team.

• To confirm who you are and prevent fraud and impersonation.
• To process your land purchase and payments.
• To send receipts, notifications and support replies.
• To keep records that the law requires.

Your NIN or BVN is stored in encrypted form and shown only in a masked form to staff. It is used only to confirm your identity and to detect duplicate accounts.

Only authorised Nuvion Homes staff can see your information. We share data with service providers only where needed to run the platform, for example payment, identity verification, email and push notification providers. We do not sell your data.

In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details in the app.

We use encryption, access controls and activity logs to protect your information.

We ask only for the information needed to verify you, sell you land and meet the law. Marketing messages are optional, off by default, and you can switch them on or off in the app at any time.

You can ask us to delete your data from the app: Profile, Privacy and data, Delete my data. We confirm by email and act within 30 days. If you have not bought land we erase everything. If you have, we remove your name, contact details, photo and sign-in details, but we must keep payment, receipt and identity-check records for the period required by Nigerian AML and tax law. Those records are kept private and used only for that purpose.

The app does not contain advertising trackers. Any analytics or crash-reporting tool we use is listed here, and optional cookies on our website are used only if you accept them.
